2. Device Permissions Used by the App

To deliver a complete e-commerce experience, the Holla Athletics mobile application requests access to specific device services. We only request permissions that are strictly necessary for the application's core functions:

Internet & Network Access

Used to connect to Firebase services to load products, manage user authentication, update shopping carts, process payments, and retrieve real-time shipping quotes.

Push Notifications

Requests permission to deliver real-time notifications regarding order statuses, package tracking details, secure logins, and exclusive promotions.

Camera & Photo Library

Enables users to optionally take or upload photos for their profile picture or add attachment photos to product review forms. Also used by admin profiles to upload stock images.

3. Personal Information We Collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide it.

  • Account Details: When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and account password securely via Firebase Authentication.
  • Billing and Delivery Information: When you purchase items, we collect shipping addresses, billing addresses, and contact numbers. Payment transactions are processed directly by our secure payment partners; we do not store full credit card details on our servers.
  • Device Metadata: We collect details about your device type, operating system version, and IP address to monitor app performance, secure your account, and prevent fraud.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We work with trusted third-party service providers to power specific functions within the app. Your data is shared only to complete these operations:

  • Firebase (Google LLC): Used for secure user accounts, data storage, database queries, and sending remote push notifications.
  • Authorize.net / Stripe: Payment processors that handle payment credentials, charges, and transaction compliance in sandbox and live environments.
  • Shippo (PopShops, Inc.): Used to dynamically fetch delivery rates, verify addresses, print shipping labels, and track shipments.
  • SendGrid (Twilio Inc.): Used to send transactional emails, such as signup confirmations, order receipts, and shipment alerts.
  • Cloudflare R2 Storage: Serves and stores product inventory photos, avatar pictures, and user-generated review attachments securely.

5. Data Security & Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide services to you or comply with regulatory audits. Firebase Authentication handles credential security, and all network requests are encrypted using TLS/HTTPS protocols.

Account Deletion & Data Erasure

In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies, Holla Athletics grants all users the right to delete their accounts and wipe all associated personal data permanently from our systems.

How to request deletion:

  1. In-App: Log in, navigate to Profile / Settings, and tap the Delete Account option.
  2. Online: Click the button below to send an account deletion request via email directly to our support team.

All data, including orders, addresses, and profiles, will be permanently purged from our secure servers within three (3) business days of verification.

Welcome to Holla Athletics! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Holla Athletics' App, owned and operated by AR Solutions.

By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Holla Athletics if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions:

  • "User", "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this app and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.
  • "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to AR Solutions and Holla Athletics.
  • "App" or "Platform" refers to the Holla Athletics iOS and Android applications.

2. User Accounts

To make purchases and access personalized sections, you must create a user account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration.
  • Keep your login credentials (email and password) confidential.
  • Promptly update your profile when shipping addresses, emails, or phone numbers change.

3. Purchases & Dynamic Fees

When placing orders on Holla Athletics, the app interacts with third-party networks dynamically:

  • Payment Processing: Transactions are securely charged via Stripe or Authorize.net. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, taxes, and shipping fees.
  • Shipping Fees: Delivery rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on package weight, box dimensions, and origin/destination coordinates using the Shippo platform. These calculations are dynamic and outside our direct manual override.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from using the platform or its contents:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
  • To violate any international, federal, state, or local regulations, rules, or laws.
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way to affect the functionality of the App or Cloud backend.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AR Solutions owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Holla Athletics. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, duplicate, or redistribute material from the app without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AR Solutions or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.

Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Holla Athletics. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or push notifications.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout via Shippo. Rates depend on shipping distance, selected carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), package weight, and box dimensions.

Please note that delivery delay estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and in-app tracking update once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Holla Athletics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

2. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

Returns Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must present the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation from the app).

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping Instructions

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
